The Leader’s Institute ®
The Leader’s Institute ® is an international “soft-skills” training and event organizing company that has three separate companies under one umbrella. For over a decade, The Leader’s Institute ® instructors have been teaching and facilitating leadership training and management courses all over the United States, Canada, and Europe, but because of our fast growth rate and loyal client base, we also began to attract experts in presentation skills training and team building events as well. The instructors and executives within our organization are world leaders in both the “training” side of the business as well as the “presenting” side of the business.

Leader’s Institute ® Team Building: The Leader’s Institute ® Team Building is a group of specialists who organize team events both big and small. Our most famous event is the Build-A-Bike ® Team Building Event where corporate America builds stronger teams by helping philanthropic organizations. Over the last five years, this event has donated over $250,000 worth of bicycles to needy kids around the world!
Our Leadership
Doug Staneart is the founder and CEO of The Leader’s Institute ®, and he literally wrote the book on leadership and presentation skills. His best-selling books Fearless Presentations, 28 Ways to Influence People, and Cultivating Customers were just the beginning. His new book Mastering Presentations focuses on how to use presentations to become the expert in your industry and is a big focus of The Entrepreneur Boot Camp. Doug is a trend-setter in the corporate world. Over a decade ago, he began teaching his Fearless Presentations class, and he has personally helped over 10,000 reduce their fear of public speaking. In 2005, he invented the Build-A-Bike ® team building event and created a whole new industry called philanthropic team building that has taken the business world by storm.
